Guidelines:
To claim for inclusion of name in the electoral roll for
a Graduates' Constituency please store a soft copy of passport size photograph
less than 100 kb & degree certificate to upload. Fill in all the details
& submit the form. Take a print out of the generate Form 18, attach your
Adhar Card or Driving license & provide them to our nearest enrollment
center.
